Engineered the turnaround that brought Agile Software to profitability (from $10M per quarter losses) and delivered 24% CAGR for 3 consecutive years.
Completely transformed sales organization by upgrading talent, overhauling sales methodology and restructuring territories. Also led M&A strategy that boosted revenues and reduced costs via new operating model.

Played key role in sale of Red Pepper Software to PeopleSoft for $225M (24x then-current revenue).
Joined Red Pepper as VP of Worldwide Sales & Marketing and quickly overhauled the sales function to improve execution.
