JAY FULCHER has been driving revenue and market share growth for technology companies for over 20+ years.

Throughout his career, Jay has helped to shape the development of various enterprise software categories including enterprise resource planning (ERP), human resources (HRM), supply chain (SCM), manufacturing, and product lifecycle management (PLM). Now as CEO of Ooyala, Jay is focused on the emergence of video as an important and strategic asset for media companies and enterprises of all types.

Before joining Ooyala, Jay served as CEO & President of Agile Software, a publicly traded enterprise software company, which was acquired by Oracle in 2007. During his tenure, Agile became the fastest growing PLM company in the industry, establishing itself as a market leader with over 11,000 customers.

Previously, Jay led the transformation of PeopleSoft's $1+B global services organization, moving from tactical implementation of software to full-services enterprise solutions, a shift that was the leading driver of the organization's explosive growth.

Jay is a proven entrepreneur who has started or backed many successful companies over the years. He recently advised a variety of organizations in diverse industries including Life Sciences, Clean Tech, Information Technology and Sports Media. In his capacity as an advisor, he helps with fundraising, executive recruiting, strategy and planning, business modeling and development, and M&A.

Jay is a graduate of San Jose State University, where he currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Lucas Graduate School and the College of Business.
